Have you ever stopped to think about what you’re drinking? Craft beer is handcrafted by artisans from the finest natural ingredients. You can’t rush craftsmanship, and that’s why our traditional brewing processes take up to eight weeks... not days or hours. We believe in the quality of small batches and not the quantities of mass production. We obsess about aroma and taste, not economies of scale. Our beers are unpasteurised, which allows for a fuller, richer taste.
Generally, any beer made by one of the big brewers is an industrial beer.
OUR BEER is brewed by hand by craftsmen concerned with purity and selection of fine traditional malt ingredients.
INDUSTRIAL BEER is brewed in big factories and often contains rice or corn and sometimes artificial flavors, colours, thickeners or extracts.
OUR BEER is brewed in a variety of styles intended for different palates, foods and occasions.
INDUSTRIAL BEER is stylistically very limited. Almost always a pale lager.

Our copper-coloured amber lager is full of toasty, malty flavour, yet balanced and complex. Hints of vanilla, caramel and toffee are deftly countered by grassy hops to deliver a delightfully crisp, dry finish.
